New Preprint — AstraROLE + AstraSUIT for Full-Length Protein Annotation
Orbion’s latest twin models are now live on bioRxiv, collapsing an entire wet-lab triage workflow into a single forward pass:
10 labels in seconds. EC class, GO terms, pathways, cofactors, taxonomy, membrane type, TM count and localisation—all at once.
No motif left behind. Full-length ESM-2 embeddings plus physicochemical enrichments handle complete chains without windowing.
